Personal Assistant (Commercial Property)

As a Personal Assistant, your primary objective is simple:
Free up brokers to focus on revenue-generating activity.
You’ll take ownership of administrative, operational, and market-facing support tasks that keep deal momentum moving. This is a practical, execution-focused role with a mix of office work and field-based responsibilities.
You will typically support a pod of 2–3 brokers.
Salary: R9,000 – R15,000 gross (depending on experience and fit)
Role Type: Full-time, in-office (Rosebank)
Includes: Fuel allowance + phone allowance
Typical responsibilities include:
Driving to properties to take building photos and capture vacancy information
Uploading listings and ensuring online presence is accurate and up to date
Capturing and maintaining accurate data on the CRM and database
Supporting canvassing efforts (research and phone outreach)
Handling inbound calls and assisting with client queries
Supporting follow-ups with landlords and tenants
Assisting with scheduling and coordination
Ensuring nothing operationally falls through the cracks
Valid driver’s licence
Daily access to a reliable vehicle
Based in Johannesburg
Strong written and verbal English (minimum ~60% in matric)
Comfortable working full-time in-office (Rosebank)
