As a Broker at SOG, you will operate within a structured, team-driven environment that prioritises full coverage, disciplined execution, and shared insight.

What you’ll be doing
Typical responsibilities include:
Owning and mastering a defined commercial node or area
Maintaining full coverage of buildings and vacancies
Leveraging the OSO database and systems daily
Generating and closing commercial, retail, or industrial deals
Building long-term landlord and tenant relationships
Collaborating with other brokers to maximise opportunities
Contributing to team knowledge and momentum
You will have access to competitive commission structures, executive PA support (where earned), signage, marketing leverage, and a team that is aligned toward growth.
